Letha Grimes grew up exploring mother nature. As a youthful angler, she cherished fishing community farm ponds and the upper Potomac River. The outside activities of her childhood impressed Grimes to take an entry degree occupation as a conservation technician at the Albert Powell Trout Hatchery in Hagerstown.
